Follow the Money: A Billion-Dollar Deal, Ripple’s Bond Offering, and Quiet Venture Activity
Between August 15 and 22, 2026, the Incrypted editorial team tracked just nine investment deals. In five cases, companies disclosed the amounts — the total came to nearly $1.3 billion. The recorded deals included venture rounds, M&A transactions, and other capital-raising formats. Details are in the weekly digest.

Classic Venture Capital
During this period, only three projects received funding from venture investors totaling about $20 million. Specifically:
- $11 million — NeoSoul. The company developing infrastructure for AI agents in trading closed a Pre-A funding round with participation from MH Ventures, Amber Group, ArkStream Capital, 0G Foundation, Kirin Capital, CatcherVC, and New Oak International. NeoSoul will allocate the new capital to developing products for autonomous trading and the broader infrastructure of the AI economy. The round followed the launch of NeoTrade — a workspace where traders can configure their own AI agents to make decisions independently and execute trades. Kirin Capital will also help the company expand in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries.
- $8 million — Beldex. The privacy-focused blockchain ecosystem closed a funding round led by Sigma Capital, with participation from NTC, Nxgen, Digital Consensus Fund, and EAK Ventures. Beldex is building an L1 blockchain and a suite of products for private transactions, encrypted messaging, a decentralized private network, and privacy-first browsing. The company will use the raised capital to shift from end-user products to developer infrastructure, including developing an SDK, a wallet extension, and account-based addresses.
- $2.5 million — twyne. The protocol developing a credit management layer for DeFi closed a seed round co-led by Cyber Fund and Ethereal Ventures. Euler, Daedalus, and several private investors also participated in the round. twyne is working to solve the “unused credit” problem in the market by moving collateral-backed credit lines to users with real demand for borrowing.
Another project has secured funding but did not disclose the investment amount.
Blueprint Finance — the developer of the Concrete protocol — closed a strategic funding round led by Polychain Capital, with participation from Bullish, Keyrock, BitGo, FalconX, G-20, Flowdesk, JPEG Trading, Sentient Capital, Andes, and 2Square. The company is developing Concrete as a full-stack infrastructure for onchain vaults, enabling institutions, protocols, and asset managers to launch, manage, and allocate capital through sophisticated DeFi strategies. Blueprint Finance will use the funds raised to scale Concrete and build infrastructure for programmable onchain capital management.
Token sales
Last week, Uniswap’s launchpad hosted an auction for the Interfold protocol, during which the team managed to raise $510,000. In addition, several IDOs took place on smaller platforms, where three more projects collectively raised about half a million dollars.

Corporate placements and deals
Between August 15 and August 22, several corporate deals were recorded, including:
$1 billion — ZeroStack. The public company entered into an agreement under which Puple AI and Blockcat will transfer Memecore (M) tokens to it totaling $1 billion. In return, they will receive 3.5 million shares of ZeroStack common stock and warrants to purchase up to an additional 36.2 million shares at a price of $25.19 per share. The deal предусматриває the transfer of 925.9 million $M tokens, valued at $1.08 per token. To exercise the warrants, the company needs shareholder approval in accordance with Nasdaq rules, and the received shares may be subject to lockups for up to 10 years.
$275 million — Ripple Prime. The blockchain solutions provider completed an offering of unsecured notes to institutional investors. The company will use the raised capital to fund working capital and general corporate purposes within a regulated framework, including expanding its team and technology.
Mergers and Acquisitions
Several M&A deals took place over the week, but the parties chose not to disclose the financial terms.
The onchain reputation system Talent Protocol was acquired by Interplanetary Talent Services (IPTS), with support from Protocol Labs. As part of the deal, IPTS will receive a portion of Talent Protocol’s reputation data to source and recruit developers for roles in AI, crypto, hardware, biotech, and other frontier technologies.
The Metrix Finance platform acquired the onchain data analytics tool Poolfish. Under the deal, all of Poolfish’s existing tools were migrated to Metrix and integrated with its current and new features. The original Poolfish website will remain live, and access to the core tools and data services will be preserved.
Accelerators, Grants, and DAO Funding
This week, ecosystems and DAOs did not allocate funds to support projects.
