Nikkei 225 Index Falls 2.28%, South Korea's KOSPI Index Falls 3.29%

PANews, September 11 – South Korea's KOSPI index touched the 7,000-point mark on the downside, down 3.29% at the open. SK Hynix and Samsung Electronics both fell about 4%. The Nikkei 225 index fell below 64,000 points, down 2.28% intraday.

Meanwhile, Japan's 10-year government bond yield rose 5.5 basis points to 2.965%.
