Pump.fun Achieves Over $50 Million in Monthly Revenue, Surpassing Solana

Pump.fun, a memecoin launchpad, has reached a significant milestone by generating over $50 million in monthly revenue, surpassing the revenue of the Solana blockchain itself. As of late August 2026, the platform's revenue has fluctuated between $42 million and $51 million, with weekly earnings peaking at $14 million, marking the highest weekly revenue since February 2026.

Launched on January 19, 2024, Pump.fun has quickly established itself as Solana's most profitable application, accumulating over $1.259 billion in revenue within its first 19 months. This revenue is derived from various sources, including token creation fees and trading activities through its native automated market maker, PumpSwap. Approximately half of the collected fees are used for buybacks and burns of the PUMP token, resulting in a reduction of about 28.6% of its circulating supply.

In addition to its success on Solana, Pump.fun has begun expanding its operations to other blockchain networks, including Base, Binance Smart Chain, and Ethereum. The introduction of features like Callout Rewards and reduced trading fees aims to enhance user engagement and lower participation costs, further solidifying its position in the competitive crypto landscape.
