Strategy Makes No BTC Purchases or ATM Share Sales, Expands Securities Buyback Program to $2BStrategy disclosed in an SEC 8-K filing that it did not sell any shares under its at-the-market offering program and did not purchase or sell any bitcoin between Aug. 31 and Sep. 7. As of Sep. 7, the company held approximately 845,050 BTC, acquired for an aggregate purchase price of about $63.73 billion at an average cost of roughly $75,412 per bitcoin. Strategy also increased the authorized size of its Digital Credit Securities Repurchase Program from $1 billion to $2 billion and repurchased 1,810,885 shares of STRC preferred stock for about $176.3 million during the period. As of Sep. 7, its USD Reserve and USD Cash balances stood at approximately $5.10 billion and $1.44 billion, respectively.
