Self-proclaimed white-hat hackers withdrew about 4,000 BTC, worth roughly $320 million, from the Liquid Network federation wallet on 6 September 2026. Blockstream disabled the sidechain's bridge nodes, effectively pausing the network while it tries to contact the actors on-chain.
