Doppler Finance to Launch XDP Token, Genesis Airdrop Accounts for 1% of Total Supply

PANews reported on August 27 that token issuance platform Doppler Finance announced it will launch its native utility and governance token XDP, with a total supply of 10 billion tokens, for protocol participation, governance, and ecosystem growth. XDP core features include: staking to obtain protocol privileges, participating in governance decisions, and a future security module insurance pool.

In token allocation, 43% is allocated to ecosystem and incentives, about 20% to team and contributors, and about 10% each to investors and strategic partners. The genesis airdrop accounts for 1% of total supply and will be fully unlocked at TGE. Doppler will subsequently launch incentive programs such as a new season of Doppler Points and XDP staking. The official contract address will be announced through Doppler official channels. Users are reminded to beware of scams. The TGE date has not yet been announced.
