Guangzhou Nansha launches "International Digital Port" pilot, exploring new paths of "foreign data, Chinese computing" and "Token going global"

PANews reported on September 1, according to Southern Finance Omnimedia Corp, the Guangzhou pilot zone for international cooperation in the national data sector was launched in Nansha. With Nansha as the core carrying area, Guangzhou is building a four-in-one international data cooperation system of "infrastructure-rules-carriers-ecosystem" to promote data coordination between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. At the event, the business models of "incoming data processing factory" and "Token going global" were released, achieving "foreign data, Chinese computing" through localized deployment of large models and physical isolation of server cabinets, and launching "Token Loan" with token output and computing power contracts as the credit basis. Guangzhou Data Exchange signed international data cooperation agreements with Xinhua Holdings, Singapore's Yande Group, and others. Diandong Digital Technology announced the construction of a WanPAI intelligent computing cluster in Nansha with a total investment exceeding 4 billion yuan and planned computing power of 10,000P.
