Strive Expands Bitcoin Holdings to Over 20,000 BTC

Strive, a Dallas-based asset management firm listed on Nasdaq under the ticker ASST, has acquired an additional 79 Bitcoin, raising its total holdings to 20,246 BTC. This strategic purchase has solidified Strive's position as one of the largest public-company Bitcoin holders globally, with its Bitcoin treasury now valued at over $1.3 billion.

The recent acquisition follows a series of purchases, including 759 BTC in mid-June for approximately $50 million and 21 BTC in mid-July for about $5.2 million. The latest acquisition occurred between July 20 and July 24 at an average price of $65,723 per coin, fees included. Strive's Bitcoin-per-share ratio continues to increase, a key performance metric for the firm.

Strive's transformation into a Bitcoin-focused asset manager was significantly influenced by its all-stock merger with Semler Scientific in September 2025, which added thousands of BTC to its balance sheet. This merger has positioned Strive as a unique entity in the market, combining traditional asset management with a Bitcoin treasury strategy, and offering investors exposure to Bitcoin through a conventional equity structure.
