ZachXBT Warns About Withdrawal Delays on WOO X

Users of the WOO X cryptocurrency exchange reported delays in withdrawals. According to blockchain investigator ZachXBT, some verified users said their requests have remained in “pending” or “processing” status for the past three days.

ZachXBT Pointed to WOO X’s Ties

According to ZachXBT, WOO X was incubated by Kronos Research, and in Q4 2025 it was acquired by FusionX Digital. The investigator noted that, based on available information, FusionX Digital has ties to Sheldon Xia, the founder of the BitMart cryptocurrency exchange.

On July 26, 2026, BitMart announced it would cease operations and undergo restructuring. After that, users reported losing access to frozen funds, and the number of complaints on X continued to rise.

According to ZachXBT, Sheldon Xia published statements about the safety of users’ assets, but these claims were not confirmed by independent sources.

WOO X Said It Is Reviewing the Situation

WOO X confirmed it is aware of reports about prolonged withdrawal processing. The team said it is reviewing the relevant cases and the system status.

The company noted that some requests may be under review or in on-chain processing. The exchange’s teams are working to resolve the issue.

For users whose withdrawals are delayed, the exchange recommended contacting official support and providing their UID, order ID, request creation time, asset and network, as well as a screenshot of the status.

WOO X also urged users not to share passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or verification codes with third parties. The company emphasized that users should rely only on official announcements and WOO X support channels.

As a reminder, in July 2025, WOO X was hit by a $12 million hack.
