Bitcoin and Ether ETFs Pull In $281 Million as…
U.S. spot Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded funds returned to net inflows on Monday, September 14, attracting a combined $281 million as institutional crypto demand recovered following a week of heavy Bitcoin redemptions.Spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $159.9 million of net inflows, according to Farside Investors, ending a four-session outflow streak that had removed $462.7 million from the products between September 8 and September 11.Ethereum ETFs simultaneously attracted $121.1 million, extending a sharp reversal that began with a $216.4 million inflow on September 11. Combined BTC and ETH flows therefore reached approximately $281 million for Monday. The turnaround came as Bitcoin recovered modestly after struggling below $80,000. The cryptocurrency traded around $77,500-$78,000 during September 14, remaining below its September 4 three-month high above $82,000 as investors positioned ahead of the Federal Reserve's September policy decision.
BlackRock Leads Bitcoin Rebound
BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust, IBIT, dominated Monday's Bitcoin flows with $134.3 million of net inflows, accounting for roughly 84% of the category's total.Fidelity's FBTC followed with $53.3 million, while Morgan Stanley's MSBT attracted another $9.7 million and Franklin Templeton's EZBC added $4.6 million. Those inflows were partially offset by ARK Invest and 21Shares' ARKB, which recorded $42 million of withdrawals. Bitwise's BITB, Invesco's BTCO, VanEck's HODL, WisdomTree's BTCW and both Grayscale Bitcoin products reported no net movement. The $159.9 million category inflow marked a significant reversal from Friday, September 11, when Bitcoin ETFs lost $13.2 million. The preceding sessions had been considerably weaker: outflows totaled $46.6 million on September 8, $120.2 million on September 9 and $282.7 million on September 10.Cumulative net inflows into U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs reached approximately $55.38 billion following Monday's activity, according to Farside.Ether Funds Add Another $121 Million
Ethereum ETFs also recorded broad demand, although BlackRock again supplied the largest contribution.BlackRock's ETHA attracted $80.5 million, while its newer staking-enabled ETHB added $14.4 million. Grayscale's lower-fee Ethereum Mini Trust recorded $16.2 million, Fidelity's FETH added $8.9 million and 21Shares' TETH received $6.5 million.Invesco's QETH was the only Ethereum product to record a net redemption, losing $5.4 million. Bitwise's ETHW, VanEck's ETHV, Franklin Templeton's EZET and Grayscale's legacy ETHE were unchanged.Monday's $121.1 million inflow followed an even stronger $216.4 million intake on September 11, meaning Ether funds absorbed approximately $337.5 million across the two latest sessions. That contrasts sharply with Bitcoin's recent pattern. Ether ETFs finished the previous four-session week with approximately $196.9 million of net inflows, while Bitcoin products lost $462.7 million.Cumulative Ethereum ETF net inflows have now risen to roughly $13.50 billion. The September 14 data therefore point to improving institutional demand across both major crypto assets, but with different recent trajectories: Bitcoin is recovering from sustained redemptions, while Ethereum funds have maintained positive weekly momentum despite broader uncertainty ahead of the Federal Reserve decision.Source: FinanceFeeds
