Consensus Conference to Return to Hong Kong in February 2027

The Consensus conference, organized by CoinDesk, is set to take place in early February 2027 in Hong Kong, marking its third consecutive year in the city. The previous editions in 2025 and 2026 attracted over 10,000 participants, highlighting the event's growing significance in the digital asset landscape.

This year's conference will emphasize two key themes: the institutional adoption of digital assets and the role of artificial intelligence (AI). The focus on AI is expected to be more pronounced than in previous years, reflecting its increasing importance in shaping future monetary systems. Hong Kong's robust regulatory framework and its reputation as a global financial center position it as a leading hub for digital assets in Asia, a region noted for its high adoption rates of such technologies.

Last year's event featured prominent speakers including Binance Co-CEO Richard Teng, Solana Foundation President Lily Liu, Tron founder Justin Sun, and Consensys CEO Joseph Lubin, underscoring the conference's appeal to industry leaders and innovators.
