On August 18, the SEC proposed a new offering framework, titled “Regulation Crypto Assets,” specifically designed for offerings involving Covered Investment Contracts. Atkins in July 2025, and incorporates recommendations from the President’s Working Group on Digital Asset Markets, extensive Crypto Task Force roundtables, and public comment solicited since early 2025....
