THE BLOCK: The UK's FCA says crypto lending and borrowing won't be regulated as standalone activities under its incoming crypto regime, and could fall under dealing, arranging, and custody rulesets.It also clarified that information-only services are unlikely to require authorization, while non-custodial staking tools and other technical services may also sit outside the perimeter depending on how they operate.
